DMI includes a Data Processing Department, within the company, that is experienced with various applications to suit our clients ever expanding needs. Our extensive knowledge and database management skills insure that our clients are getting accurate data in a timely manner.
DATABASE INTEGRITYWe design and build databases for our clients based on the required data they are looking to capture. We will work with the client to determine the necessary data that needs to be reported and or transmitted and develop a solution to meet their needs. We can do a direct transmit of data on a per incident basis, or batch transmit. We can deliver data via email, secure encrypted FTP transmissions, or even utilize tools such as Connect Direct to place files at a secure location on the clients’ network. REPORTINGWe have special reporting techniques for each client. All reports are populated automatically by systems managed by our IT staff. All contact related data is stored in a relational database (MS SQL Server) for use in reporting. We utilize a variety of reporting tools to generate custom reports for our clients, including, but not limited to: spreadsheets generated by Microsoft Excel, reports generated by Microsoft FoxPro and Microsoft Access. We also generate files in a variety of data models, depending on client needs. Depending on the complexity of the report, the reporting solution may be as simple as feeding the data into a spreadsheet template. More complex reporting requirements are custom developed utilizing tools such as Crystal Reports. Our Tech Support team works with you every step of the way! |
